First, is this the count that represents white blood cells, or rather a lineage of white blood cells (for example, neutrophils). You will find this information in the same place where you saw your result.

Then, to answer your question, I need to know the context in which the blood test was ordered. Was there a particular problem or was it just a routine test? I ask because a number like that, without any context, is no way to judge its normality. Students in the health field are often told that we never deal with numbers! This is because, for blood tests in particular, these values fluctuate a lot! It is quite possible for a healthy person to have a slightly low value one day, and then a completely normal value the next.

It was a routine blood test for my thyroid gland, I had hyperthyroidism but I was treated with radioactive idode and since then I take syntroid.

In my opinion, there is no need to worry at this time. You can discuss with your doctor the need for another blood test to see if the white blood cells have returned.
