I went to the gym yesterday and today I have a lot of pain near my knees in both legs. When I get up, it hurts a lot and when I walk a little it goes away. Is this dangerous or is it just a case of raking?

I have never had a problem with it, I have done a lot of sports before. However, I have just recently started working out again.

The fact that the pain goes away and comes back like that does indeed make me think of ragging. So there is no need to worry at this time. It is likely that the pain will slowly diminish over the next few days and eventually disappear. If it doesn't, please write me again.

In the meantime, gradually resume training, but don't stop. Moving around will help your symptoms go away more quickly.
