Do you know what is the diet that reverses Diabetes?

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 2 years ago. My pharmacist recently told me that diabetes can be reversed if I watch what I eat and today on Paul Houde's show I heard the pharmacist's column saying that a diet existed to reverse diabetes for some diabetics. I take Metformin 500mg. My last index (I can't remember the name... I don't know the diet in question... however, I suggest that if you have access to a nutritionist, that you go and see one. You have to be careful with the diets you find on the internet. To have good results a diet must be very personalized, we do not necessarily need to deprive ourselves of everything and make drastic changes, often the problem with the miracle diets that are found everywhere. It could also be interesting to consult a kinesiologist. Pairing physical activity with good nutrition is much more effective. Finally, the most important thing in all this is motivation, which you seem to have. Just get some help to help you reach your goals. Remember that even if you can't reverse your diabetes, the effort you put in will either slow it down or stop it. Don't hesitate if you have any other questions. Have a good day,
