I think I have osteoarthritis. What can I do? I just read that Genacol could help, is that true?

Hello, for almost a month now, I have had pain on the outside of my foot, and there is even a lump present. I went to the doctor and they told me it was osteoarthritis. I do exercise which requires my feet obviously and I would love to continue to do so, but it hurts when I finish. Thank you for your answer.

I already have bumps on both big toes that hurt when they rub on my shoes. My mother had the same problem. About 8 years ago, I had a plantar fascist, but in the other foot. I have semi-flat feet. I don't take any specific medication for it except acetaminophen for the pain.

Hello,
For osteoarthritis, Genacol can help like other recognized products if taken in sufficient quantity. Here are some other ingredients that are known to help osteoarthritis: Collagen, Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin.
*If it is not osteoarthritis, then these products are of no use.
If I were in your situation, I would go to a podiatrist to rule out any common foot problems such as bunions on the feet. If the podiatrist confirms the diagnosis of osteoarthritis and you want to try a product like Genacol, it would be beneficial to consult your pharmacist to make sure you are taking a safe product and to determine which product or combination of products is best for you.
I look forward to hearing from you!
I am available for any other question.
