Hello!!
According to the drug monograph, the main side effects reported are
increased risk of respiratory tract infection (sinusitis, pharyngitis, urinary tract infection)
Increased blood sugar levels
Dizziness and fatigue
Irritation at the injection site

Thank you for your answer, I was also wondering if it was harmful to the liver
i see that it is not listed in the side effects but the fact that it goes through the liver (supposedly) for the decrease of cholesterol

Indeed the product is metabolized by the liver but according to the references consulted there is no particular follow-up for the liver
