Can I use an essential oil diffuser at home if I am pregnant?

We don't have much data on the safety of essential oils during pregnancy. As a precaution, if you wish to continue using the diffuser, it would be best to install it in a well-ventilated room, and to turn it off when you are in the room itself (for example if you have it in your bedroom, turn it off at night).
