My eyes are swollen and I have difficulty opening them?

Hello! I had covid last week (asymptomatic) and I tested negative yesterday. This morning my eyes are very swollen. I have difficulty opening them. I have not eaten anything different. It doesn't sting. What should I do? I took benadryl in the morning (2 tablets)

i took Benadryl, it decreases quite a bit! But I have p'aques that have appeared on my legs
