Can I take benadryl if I am 10 weeks pregnant?

Hello, I have a sleep disorder and usually take sublinox. Since pregnant this is not possible, I am looking for an alternative. It's been 5 nights that I haven't slept at all..

Hello ma'am, Benadryl is an agent that is safe in all trimesters of pregnancy. It does, however, cause a lot of drowsiness, especially if you are taking other medications that also cause drowsiness (e.g. Diclectin or Gravol for nausea). Why do you want to take Benadryl?
