Belize: what vaccinations are needed for our family?

Hello :) If your vaccination records are already up to date, there are only a few vaccines to consider for a trip to Belize. For reference, you can refer to the website of the Institut national de santé publique du Québec (https://www.inspq.qc.ca/sante-voyage/guide/pays/belize) First of all, make sure you get the hepatitis A and B vaccines. Please note that for your children, the dose may not be covered by your insurance and that there may be a cost. In addition, there is a moderate risk of rabies in Belize and it may be advisable to vaccinate your children against rabies if they are at risk of approaching wild animals (e.g. stray dogs).
