My baby had his 4 month vaccines on Monday morning. Today, Thursday, he is very tired and drinking very little. Could this be related?

It doesn't run a fever.

Hello Ma'am, your questioning is quite legitimate.
Actually, changes in appetite and sleep can be clinical manifestations noted following vaccination. This is a natural response of the body that is acquiring immunity. The Quebec Immunization Protocol recommends that you continue to observe your child while providing basic care for symptom relief. In your child's case, if he or she is not completely drowsy (difficult to wake up and stimulate), is not refusing to drink and does not have a fever (rectal temperature below 38 degrees Celsius), you can only continue to monitor symptoms. We especially want to make sure that no other symptoms appear or intensify. If there are, a prompt medical consultation would be considered.
I hope this answers your question,
