My 13 month old baby seems to have eczema "spots" on his body. What cream should I use?

It's hard to say without having seen the "spots", but one thing for sure, in otherwise healthy young children, the presence of spots is common and often goes away on its own.

You just have to make sure that the skin is well hydrated. So my advice to you would be to avoid applying soap to the skin for a few days (we wash with plenty of warm water without scrubbing too much, simply) and apply moisturizer to the skin (fragrance free, if possible (ex. Glaxal Base™)).

If the spots get bigger or more numerous, or if they are still present in 2 weeks, we will go see a doctor.
