My baby seems to have colic every night from 5pm to about 8pm. Cocyntal vs Ovol which one would be better? Is it the same thing?

I don't usually recommend products for colic

I would like to reassure you that children can have colic very often, but it does not affect his health or development in any way. I suggest you do some bike movements or knee bends, I also invite you to hold him close to you (skin to skin), rock him, gently massage his belly, play a white noise (vacuum cleaner, application on smart phone or other), and cuddle him.

To answer your initial question, Cocyntal does not contain any active ingredients for all intents and purposes. Ovol does contain a product that may help reduce gas, but its effectiveness would be modest at best.
