My 7 week old baby cries a lot before his stools. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

Hello Ma'am,
With this consistency of stool, there's not much you can do. It's a good bet that the child is simply getting upset about not being able to control his anal sphincter. This lack of control lasts for at least the first 2 years of the child's life. This is what gives some parents the impression that their child is constipated.
Have you seen if it is worse after certain foods?

Hello,
it's always at the same time of day (1 late AM and around mid PM), but I'm not able to associate it with any type of food (ex dairy etc). Would products like relaxa help or since she is not constipated this would have no impact?

No, it won't help. In fact, it might even irritate her skin from the more liquid consistency of the stool in her diaper.
I would tend to just let it go for a few weeks (2 or 3) to see if it will lessen in intensity.
Happy day :)
