My 7 week old baby has a lot of baby acne up to his chest. Is this normal?

It depends on the extent of the acne. The easiest way in such a situation is to go with your baby to the pharmacy to show the lesions to the pharmacist.

The pharmacist will be able to refer you to a product or medical consultation if he/she feels it is necessary after seeing the lesions.
