Unfortunately, you are not alone in this situation right now! Fortunately, there is a very, very useful technique recommended by Ste-Justine Hospital that will quickly help your baby.

To perform it, you will need water, salt and a syringe without a needle (like the one provided with children's syrups). Then, follow the technique described on page 6 and 7 of the following document.

Practice this technique 3 to 5 times a day. You will see improvements within the first day. You will also be surprised by the amount of mucus that such a small nose can hold :).
