Can my 10-week-old baby have teeth that are already coming in?

She started drooling, she constantly puts her hands in her mouth to chew on them. If I give her my doight she puts it in the bottom of her mouth and chews on it, she looks like she has a really bad gum.

Simply provide her with teething toys or a washcloth of cold water for her to chew on.
