Hello Ma'am,
Acetaminophen (Tylenol, Tempra and other brands) is the best treatment for teething pain or discomfort. If the spitting up is secondary to this teething discomfort, feel free to give him acetaminophen as needed, it is safe at the doses indicated.
You can also try to split up the feedings and try to burp him more often. You will also want to avoid putting him to bed for at least 20 minutes after the feedings, or changing his position too abruptly.
If the spit-up ever becomes more frequent, persists for several weeks, or if the child is not gaining weight in particular, you will want to see a doctor, as a precaution.
I hope I have been helpful, I remain available if you have any further questions
