My 7 month old baby has red/purple patches on both cheeks. The patches come and go. What can I do?

It is virtually impossible to make a determination without first seeing the plaques you refer to (which is impossible here). So I recommend that you go to the pharmacy to show the lesions, either directly with your child or, even better, by bringing a photo.

The pharmacist on duty will be able to direct you to the right product based on his or her observations, or recommend a doctor's consultation if he or she feels it is necessary.
