I want to reassure you, babies are often prone to such pimples or rashes. You did well with Aveeno, you can apply it as often as needed. If you find it only partially effective, I suggest an ointment like Aquaphor, and I suggest applying it often to protect the skin, especially before and after going out, even if it's just the time to get to the car.

Avoid rubbing the skin after bathing or if there is saliva and avoid applying soap to the face.
