Good evening ma'am,
At this weight (20 lbs, or 9 kg), the maximum dose of Advil to give (for children over 6 months of age) is 10 mg per kilo (weight) per dose.
In other words, a 20-lb child will be able to receive a 90 mg dose. Depending on the product used, the amount in milliliters will be somewhat different.
If you are using Advil™ Pediatric Drops, the dose will be 2.25 mL.
This dose will be repeated no more than 4 times in a 24-hour period.
Good evening,
Alexander
