How do I clean my 8 month old baby's ears?

Hello, my 8 month old baby has dirty ears. How can I wash him without using the cotton swab? I see that there is wax at the entrance of his ear. Thank you

Hello,

It is possible to clean the visible and accessible parts of the ear with a small wet cotton ball or a washcloth. For the wax that is lodged further in the ear canal, it is possible to put 3-4 drops of oil in the ears twice a day, morning and evening, for 7 days. The oil can be olive oil, sweet almond oil or mineral oil.
