Can my baby be intolerant to Nutramigen too?

My baby has been taking Nutramigene milk for 13 days. Since then, she has liquid stools several times a day. Is it possible that she is intolerant to this milk as well? Because such a high number of liquid stools worries me. The symptoms of PB intolerance subsided a bit for a few days but have come back with a vengeance in the last 2-3 days, as if we were back on regular lactose free milk.

If she's drinking in good amounts, is cheerful and wide awake, peeing well and sleeping well, there's no need to worry at this point.
