What is the difference between Pro Blend Starter Milk and Regular Starter?

My baby is taking pro blend good start condensed milk and pro blend ready-to-feed when we go out. Can I switch to regular starter and continue with pro blend when we go out or do I need both to be pro blend? Thank you
