Hello Sir,
Irritability and crying in a baby can mean several things. A baby has little way to express his needs, so he does so in the form of crying. Typically, your baby cries if he or she is hungry, in pain or tired or uncomfortable. So you need to explore each of these avenues to find the source of the crying. I invite you to check out the link hereproviding more information about baby crying.
With regard to the small pimples, they may be heat pimples. These are red and slightly raised and can be found on the forehead, near the neck or in skin folds and are caused by heat. They usually go away on their own without treatment when the child is in a cool environment. To relieve your baby, you can wash the area with cool water or apply cool water compresses to the spots.
Since it is impossible for me to have a visual of these pimples, I would advise you to go to your family pharmacist who can take a look and guide you properly.
