My 8 month old baby has a fever. I give him Tylenol, but he throws it up. Is there another option?

The other option is to try replacing this with Advil™ instead. Sometimes this is enough to ensure that the child does not vomit the dose (considering your son is over 6 months old).

Don't forget to practice nasal hygiene techniques to decrease his coughing symptoms (which may reduce the risk of vomiting as well). The baby fly is a good choice in this regard.
