My baby sneezes a lot, besides cleaning his nose regularly, is there anything else I can do to help him? Thank you!

Hello Ma'am,
Little babies have a habit of sneezing a lot. It's sort of a way for them to blow out small particles in the air (pollen, dust, etc.). Sneezing can become more frequent when children develop a cold. These sneezes will then be accompanied by mucus (runny nose).
To reduce the frequency of sneezing, you are right to rely on "cleansing" the nose, which is cleaning the nose with a saline preparation.
That said, it's best not to practice nose cleaning every day, as it can be irritating to the nose and lead to other problems (or even cause more sneezing). Instead, use the "baby fly" and Hydrasense™ type preparations only when the child has a cold. Let him sneeze on other occasions, as this is a natural and safe way for him to clear his nose of small particles.
