Hello Ma'am,
There is a lot of information missing from your question to be able to give an accurate answer. How old is the child? How long has he been grumbling? Does he have a fever? Does he have any other symptoms?
Generally speaking, be aware that these rales often come from nasal discharge that goes down the child's throat. Therefore, you need to find a way to reduce the amount of mucus in the nose. To do this, the best technique is described in this document (pages 6 and 7), published by Ste-Justine Hospital. Depending on his age, do this technique 2 to 5 times a day, with an amount of salt water that also varies with age.
An improvement in rales should be seen in less than 3 days.

Actually, there was a lot of information missing from my question (it was my first time using the site), I'm sorry about that.
My baby is 9 months old and has had a cold for 2 weeks. He had a fever for 2 days at first but it passed after that. The rales started 4 days later. We applied hydrasense spray five to six times a day and the wheezing did not go away. After that, we applied the technique you suggest and the grumbling stopped in just two tries!!
Baby still has a cold but he seems much better!
Thank you so much for your very fair response despite the limited information provided!

Good news!!! 😀
I'm very happy about this. It's a little known technique that deserves to be spread.
Good end of day,
Alexander
