Baby with a cold is moaning

Actually, there was a lot of information missing from my question (it was my first time using the site), I'm sorry about that. My baby is 9 months old and has had a cold for 2 weeks. He had a fever for 2 days at first but it passed after that. The rales started 4 days later. We applied hydrasense spray five to six times a day and the wheezing did not go away. Does he have any other symptoms? Generally speaking, be aware that these rales often come from nasal discharge that goes down the child's throat. Depending on his age, do this technique 2 to 5 times a day, with an amount of salt water that also varies with age. An improvement in rales should be seen in less than 3 days.
