My baby hasn't had a bowel movement in 3 days?

My baby is 2.5 months old and hasn't had a bowel movement in 3 days. Should I be concerned? I am mixed feeding with 3 bottles of formula a day. Baby's last stool was normal.

Good evening Mrs
Your baby is still 'learning' to digest food by mouth. It is common for children this age to have irregular bowel movements. For now, there is no need to worry
Several non-pharmacological measures can be tried, such as inserting the tip of a thermometer into the rectum, after lubricating it with a little Vaseline or similar ointment. This can help trigger the defecation reflex. Also, hip flexion 'exercises' can be done: when the baby is on his back, slightly bend his legs as if to make his knees touch his belly, without having to force it.
You can also give him baby water to drink to soften the stool.
If after a few days these options do not work, I invite you to visit your pharmacist, there are many pharmacological options available without a prescription
I hope this helps, and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
