My 4 month old baby is very congested despite the baby flyer. What can I do?

My 4 month old daughter seems very congested, she is drinking a lot less than usual and really doesn't seem comfortable. However, she is not running a temperature. I do the fly born with the hydra sens twice a day, but it doesn't seem to help. Is there anything else I can do to help her?

First of all, sorry for the delay in responding!
Yes, there is a much more effective technique than the baby fly. It is the "St. Justine" technique described in the following document (on pages 6 and 7).
For your daughter, you will need 3 mL of saline per nostril 5 times a day for 2 days, then 3 times a day.
You will be surprised by the amount of mucus that such a small nose can hold!"
