My 4 month old baby hasn't had a bowel movement in 3 days and has a hard tummy What can I do with my baby being constipated, what can I give him?

If you haven't tried anything yet, I can suggest taking PEG-3350, marketed as Lax-A-Day, Restoralax and other brands. It is a tasteless, odorless powder that is given by weight, and can be diluted in any liquid to drink (even breast milk or formula)! Your pharmacist.will be able to tell you how to dose based on your child's weight, and can follow up with you by documenting their chart.
With that written, I suggest that you encourage your child to drink (milk or formula) often, and also perform the following 'exercises':
when he is lying on his stomach, you can perform hip flexors: make his knees touch his chest, and also do the movement as if he were pedaling a bike.
