My 7 month old baby has a bell at the top of the anus. What can I use as a cream/ointment?

My breastfeeding baby had to evacuate his stools for two weeks in one day, which irritated his buttocks and caused a small bubble at the top of the lanus and a small white scab to form afterwards.

Good evening ma'am,
If this is caused by the presence of watery, irritating stool on the skin, the best product to use is definitely zinc oxide (e.g. Zincofax™) containing more than 20% zinc.
However, I am puzzled by the presence of a "bubble". So, if you see that this bubble is accompanied by intense crying, redness around the area, fever or discomfort in the child, it would be best to consult immediately.
Also, if the bubble is still present in 3 days, it would be best to consult a doctor.
Good evening,
