My 3 month old baby drools a lot and bites my fingers. Is this a sign of teething?

If so, what can be done to alleviate this suffering and reduce the crises?

Good evening ma'am,
In such a situation, the best thing to do is to give him teething toys that have been put in the cold beforehand. If you do not have any, you can also give him for the moment a washcloth that will have been wet and put in the cold for several minutes. By chewing and sucking on it, he will be able to relieve himself.
For very very intense peaks (crying ++ despite teething toys), I recommend the use of Tylenol™ or Tempra™.
