Considering that she has gas since birth, but that for the last 2-3 days her nights are hard, she wriggles a lot and that during the day she can have crying spells but finds her smile easily, could it be intestinal problems? She might not want my milk anymore after 3 months (I have not changed anything in my diet)
Note that she seems to be starting to teethe
thank you very much for the importance given to our questions, it is well appreciated!

Hello,
It is with pleasure that we answer your questions while taking care to be present for you the best we can via this internet platform :)
This is very normal in young babies and does not always mean that there are complications.
You may want to try this to help calm baby down:
  • Feed baby in an upright position and burp him/her frequently;
  • When the baby is breastfed, the mother can temporarily stop a food category such as dairy, peanuts, nuts and eggs to see if it is the cause of the problem. Consultation with a nutritionist or doctor may be helpful and even necessary;
  • Make sure the baby has "emptied" the first breast offered before presenting the other. Make sure the baby has "emptied" the first breast offered before introducing the second. The milk found at the end is higher in fat than the one provided at the beginning;
  • When the baby is fed a commercial formula, changing the formula may help (it is advisable to consult a doctor to discuss this possibility);
  • Feed frequently, but in smaller amounts;
  • Wrap him in a soft blanket;
  • Wrap him in a soft blanket; Give him a warm water bath;
  • Wrap him in a soft blanket; Give him a warm water bath; Gently massage his belly;
  • Gently massage his belly; Suckle him;
  • Gently rocking him;
  • Walk him in a baby carrier;
  • Putting the baby in a diaper on an adult's bare chest;
  • Taking him for a walk or a drive;
  • Singing lullabies or listening to soft music.
--> There may be times when you feel you have run out of resources and patience. It is appropriate to go outside for a few moments to regain calm while ensuring that the child is in a safe place. Do not hesitate to ask for help when the pressure becomes too great. Remember that these symptoms will subside with time
--> You could also try homeopathic medicines found in pharmacies for digestion, gas and colic.
--> As for his teeth, you could give him tylenol or tempra sold in tablets in pharmacies to relieve pain and/or fever
If you have any questions, don't hesitate, I'll keep the conversation open.
Thanks
