She has had a low-grade fever, cough and runny nose for 3 days.
How long does it take to see a doctor?
What can we give to relieve it besides ibuprofen and tylenol. I do the baby vac and saline

Good evening ma'am,
It is usually recommended at this age to seek medical attention when it has been 3 consecutive days since fever (temperature above 38.0°C when taken rectally).
If you think it hasn't been 3 days quite yet, I recommend trading the Baby-vac™ for this technique described by St. Justine's Hospital (pages 6 and 7). Much more effective. You'll need 10 mL of saline per nostril, repeated 5 times a day.
Parents who use it usually see improvement in less than 24 hours (congestion, cough) and can sometimes reduce fever in time to avoid going to the doctor (relieve cold).
