Hello Ma'am, For nasal symptoms, nasal hygiene is a good option for your baby, and can be done to the baby up to 6 times a day. If your baby has a dry nose, he or she may also have a congested nose. The steam can help moisten and loosen the mucus in his nose. For his voice, there is no miracle treatment to bring his voice back, but some steps may help your child. It is recommended that your child drink often, this helps lubricate the throat. If he seems to be in pain, acetaminophen may help. As far as the Camylia product (from the Boiron company for colds) is concerned, in general, I do not recommend this product because there is simply no scientific basis to show that this product has any benefits for relieving your child.
