With regard to the rash, it may be pertinent to apply ihle paste, an even stronger equivalent of Zincofax™. In some situations, a small amount of hydrocortisone cream may also be applied to the buttocks (avoiding the genitals) for 1 or 2 days. Talk to the pharmacist about this when you stop by the pharmacy. This can give a good boost to reduce inflammation.
