My 11 week old baby has a stuffy nose (clear mucus) and a cough. She has trouble sleeping but does not have a fever.

Hello,
Since babies this young are not able to clear their nasal secretions on their own by blowing their nose, the secretions tend to fall, especially during the night, backwards into the throat. This eventually leads to coughing
The way to help your child clear his secretions is to clean his nose with saline water and to use a baby fly. There are several models available in pharmacies, so I would recommend that you check with your local pharmacy to see which one is best for you
Also, continue to measure your child's temperature to make sure it is normal. In fact, a child under 6 months of age who starts to develop a fever should be seen by a doctor.
