I've been having swelling in my lower abdomen (below my belly button and as if my ovaries were swollen) for a week. What can I do about it?

No change in my lifestyle and eating habits is noted. I have no pain other than a few pinches sometimes. My ovulation was 7 days ago. I have been staying rocked like this ever since and this more present in the evening.

Hello Ma'am, What time of your menstrual cycle are you in? Have you tried taking Advil™ for pain relief at this time? If you didn't have pain, I would tend not to do anything at this time. Let's see if the symptoms will remain after the period, plain and simple. If they come back, we'll go see a doctor. In the meantime, we don't use any medication in my opinion.
