Do you mean condyloma (not candidoma, the term does not exist)

If you are talking about condylomas (or genital warts), nitrogen treatment is not dangerous for the child whether it is given to the partner or to the pregnant woman herself. However, current scientific data do not allow us to know after how long a person is no longer contagious after receiving nitrogen treatment. So if you continue to have unprotected sex without a condom, you have an increased risk of getting condylomata too
By the way, are your partner's condyles caused by an HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) infection? If so, you're putting yourself at risk of getting them too. This type of infection during pregnancy does not usually put the child at risk, but it is important to be screened (if you have not already done so) in order to have a proper follow-up with your doctor.

We had one unprotected today and it has been 2 days since it started

As for taking Clarithromycin, there is no additional protection to be had during intercourse. As mentioned above, my concern is that even though your spouse is being treated for condyloma, he or she can still transmit it to you if you have unprotected sex. The fact that you have been tested does not remove your risk of catching it later on.
