Red plaque on the skin?

Since April I have had a round patch that was red, about the size of a quarter, under my arm, which has grown much larger and has become very pale pink. I was in Palm Springs, California when it appeared, no idea if I got stung

Unfortunately it is quite difficult to suggest a treatment on this platform. It would be better to visit your pharmacist in person who can either suggest a treatment after the consultation, or refer you to your doctor if he/she deems it necessary.
