Does my blood test indicate celiac disease?

Hello, I recently had a blood test done as I have been bloating daily. The nurse contacted me to let me know that I will need to have a gastroscopy. The IgA Transglutaminase tissue results are 44.2. I have received little information as to what this number is. In your opinion, does this result suggest a strong possibility of celiac disease?
