Hello, for the past 3 days my throat has been itchy and I have been coughing because of this. I have no other symptoms. I feel normal except for a little fatigue and a small loss of appetite. I wonder if it is a cold? A flu?

No, I don't have a runny nose and no sneezing. To date I find that it is worse in the evening. It's better in the afternoon, but it still itches a lot.

I asked about nasal symptoms because often symptoms like yours occur when the sinuses flow from the back into the throat. I would strongly suggest nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse.
