The treatment of irritable bowel syndrome consists of treating its symptoms, but also of preventing them as much as possible. To this end, I strongly suggest that you keep a diary of everything you consume, as well as your state of mind (fatigue, stress, etc.), to see if there is anything that would correspond to the occurrence and extent of your symptoms.
As for probiotics, some brands like Align claim that taking them can help alleviate symptoms, but data on their effectiveness is still scarce. You could try it if you want, but don't expect miracles. That being said, some people get diarrhea with this type of product, so it should be discontinued if you develop it.
