Do you have a medication I should take for this headache?

I caught Covid, having symptoms since December 21, and testing positive on the 23rd. I have had a headache that has persisted since. I read that it can last 4 weeks. That said, Tylenol and Advil have no effect as usual. Also, I hardly ever get migraines normally. Do you have a medication I should take for this headache? I have a painkiller prescribed for a backache, APO Diclo SR 75MG, could it be helpful?

Hello, Diclo works for pain and inflammation, you can take it twice a day every 12 hours and in between those two doses, you can take Tylenol extra strength every 4 to 6 hours as needed! have a nice day Amal pharmacist
