I have rashes around my eyes and cheeks?

I have things that look like mosquito bites coming out around my eyes and on my cheeks. These go away and come back, they itch a lot and they swell. Do you have any idea what might be triggering these "bites" two to three times a week? Is there a cream to relieve the itching?
