Do you have any creams or solutions that can help my situation?

Hello, I have tears in my perineum during sexual relations. So between the entrance of the vagina and the anus. The tear is external. I already had a surgical intervention for this problem. I am waiting to see a gynecologist, but given the waiting time, I would like to know if there is a cream or something I can do to make the skin more elastic/soft. Tearing can happen after the relationship. The relationship makes the skin fragile, and I make a movement that stretches the skin which causes a crack. No visible ph issues, no strange odors. I don't do "extreme" sex, so no disproportionate objects. Last time, a first crack appeared and was not treated. I had continued to tear from time to time, until 3 years later, it was at all sexual relations. They realized that a layer of scarred skin covered about 1/3 of the vaginal entrance. I don't want to go to this situation by waiting too long.

Hello ma'am, I am sorry to read about your troubles, but unfortunately the situation you describe is beyond what can be addressed without a thorough evaluation.
Other than applying a moisturizer for massage once or twice a day, you should try to avoid situations or activities that could worsen the case while waiting for your appointment.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful at this time
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

Thanks for the quick response! I don't dare to use a moisturizer because I don't know which one to use in this area. I don't want to unbalance my ph. Is there a product you could suggest? I will ask my pharmacist next time but I like to have several options and opinions.
Thank you for your help!

Unscented moisturizers like Aveeno, Base Glaxal, or even an ointment like Vaseline are safe. You could even use a moisturizer like KY or Replens.
