Hello, My partner has contracted a fungus on the glans that manifests itself as small red pimples. It seems to be inflammatory according to him and itches a lot. Do you have an anti-fungal cream to recommend? Do I also have a chance of getting this fungus?

Hello, ma'am,
Clotrimazole cream (Canesten and other brands) can treat a fungal infection. It should be applied 2 to 3 times a day for 7 to 10 days
If there is no improvement, a doctor should be consulted so as not to delay the proper treatment
If your partner has a foreskin, it should be rolled up before application. It is important to wash well with water and mild soap like Dove and not to leave the area wet.
A fungal infection could be transmitted by contact. It is preferable that your partner wear a condom.
I hope this has been helpful to you and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me
