But I was able to find out more about the ingredients and the lubricant contains unnatural glycerin and palm oil and sulfate I believe that these substances are irritating, right?

Hello ma'am, I went to see the product in question and although it is made from natural ingredients, they can still be irritating for some people. Does your partner wear a condom? If so, which one? Does it contain a lubricant as well, flavor, fragrance or spermicide? Any substance can irritate a particular person. Personally I recommend KY which is water based and is generally well tolerated.
