I have dry and itchy skin?

The basis of the treatment will be moisturizing: I suggest a moisturizing cream without perfume, for example Aveeno cream (contains oatmeal, quite effective against itching), which can be applied on the affected area as often as desired. Smaller sizes are available so that you can take the cream with you when you travel. The important thing is not to scratch as this will make healing slower and could increase the risk of infection if you damage the skin barrier.

As for hygiene, a mild unscented soap such as Dove can be used while showering. To dry, however, avoid rubbing the skin, instead, lightly pat the skin to remove excess water, then apply the moisturizer within 5 minutes of getting out of the shower for maximum effectiveness.
