Do you have any idea what this little reddish nodule in my neck might represent?

It's been more than two months that I have a kind of small ball in my neck. It must be 4mm. It's reddish like it's a little inflamed and in the center there's a little brown-black dot. I have done everything to make it go away; I have disinfected it, treated it and I almost never touch it because I hope it will go away by itself, but without success. I thought for a long time that it was just an infected blackhead, but in my opinion, it would be gone by now, especially where it is... It worries me! Hello, A nodule on the skin could be many different things and requires a physical evaluation to identify it. If it is not causing you discomfort, there is no urgency to see a doctor but I suggest that you make an appointment to have a diagnosis and appropriate treatment if necessary. If you see that the nodule is progressing and that new symptoms are starting to appear, a closer consultation is warranted.
